REPAIR COST AND COORDINATION
We highly recommend reaching out to our Service Department before sending in an instrument for service. Users can resolve many issues with troubleshooting steps we have deduced from building and repairing our instruments over the years.

If you are outside of the US, please get in touch with the distributor nearest you to set up an RMA and proceed with sending your instrument in for service.
The cost for repair for non-warranty service is $150 per hour of labor plus parts consumed, shipping cost, and tax (where applicable).
For warranty repairs, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping your instrument to us, and we cover the cost of service and return shipping.

We pack and ship all spare parts orders once a week.
VINTAGE SERVICE
We repair any instrument made by Moog Music Inc. after the year 2002. We can look at Big Briar Etherwaves and Moogerfoogers but cannot guarantee a complete repair due to scarcity and the age of parts.
