Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade any time. When you upgrade, you’ll have immediate access to the new products, and you’ll be charged the prorated balance.
When you downgrade, you’ll keep your access to the products from the higher plan until the current billing cycle runs out. Only after the billing cycle ended, the products included in the higher plan become inactive.
If you want to upgrade / downgrade or change your 360 plan from monthly to yearly, please follow these steps:
- Log in on the Manage Subscriptions page: https://www.native-instruments.com/subscription/manage
- Choose your plan and then click on the Change my Subscription option.
How can I cancel my 360 subscription?
The easiest and quickest way to cancel your subscription is to use our subscription portal. The portal allows you to conveniently manage all your subscriptions yourself.
NI 360 Subscription | Izotope Updates - FAQ
Why is iZotope being removed from 360?
Native Instruments is now part of inMusic, and iZotope is now part of Boris FX. Both companies are focusing on their respective customers and product lines to deliver the best possible experience for each. As part of that, 360 is moving to mixing and mastering tools from Plugin Alliance and Brainworx going forward.
Will my price change?
No. The new Plugin Alliance/Brainworx mixing and mastering tools are being added at no extra charge. Existing active subscribers also get an extended grace period of ongoing access to the iZotope toolkit until 31 July 2027. We'll continue to explore adding further new products to enhance the subscription over time.
I'm an annual subscriber renewing in August 2026 — do I lose iZotope tools at renewal?
No — renewing on your existing plan and tier isn't a tier change. Access to iZotope tools continues through 31 July 2027, as long as the subscription stays active on the same tier. (If you change tier at renewal, see "What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?" below.)
I'm a new 360 subscriber (signed up after 1 August 2026) — can I still get Ozone/RX/Neutron?
Not as part of the 360 subscription. New subscriptions from 1 August 2026 do not include iZotope products. They do include the new Plugin Alliance/Brainworx tools for their tier, which give you mixing and mastering capability to polish tracks to a finished standard.
I cancelled 360 a while ago — can I get iZotope back?
If you reactivate a paid monthly or annual plan by 31 July 2026, yes — you'll secure ongoing access to the iZotope toolkit until 31 July 2027. After that date, reactivating will follow new-subscriber terms (no iZotope toolkit) — though you'll still get the new Plugin Alliance/Brainworx tools for your tier, which gives you mixing and mastering capability to finish tracks to a polished standard.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
A tier change is treated as a new subscription. You will lose access to the iZotope toolkit on your new tier, even if you were previously covered through 31 July 2027 — but you will get the Plugin Alliance/Brainworx tools included in your new tier.
I'm on a monthly plan — does this affect me?
Monthly subscribers get the same protection as annual subscribers: ongoing access to the iZotope toolkit for as long as the subscription remains active, through 31 July 2027. The same conditions apply — changing tier, or churning and re-subscribing, is treated as a new subscription with no iZotope toolkit. Monthly subscribers also get immediate access to the new Plugin Alliance/Brainworx tools for their tier.
What exactly am I losing / keeping? — existing subscribers
Nothing, in the short term — in fact, you're gaining new tools. Existing subscribers keep their current iZotope toolkit and also receive the new Plugin Alliance/Brainworx tools for their tier from 1 August 2026. However, on 31 July 2027, iZotope products will be removed from all 360 subscription tiers (subject to the tier-change/dunning conditions described above, which can end access earlier).
What exactly am I losing / keeping? — new subscribers
iZotope products are not included in any 360 tier for subscriptions taken out from 1 August 2026 onward. However, the new Plugin Alliance/Brainworx additions give subscribers the ability to mix and master their tracks to a finished, polished standard.
