
THIS CALIBRATION SHOULD ONLY BE PERFORMED AT THE DIRECTION OF MOOG SERVICE.
Allocate at least 4 HOURS for the duration of this procedure. It can be left alone once the calibration routine has started.
- Ensure the Moog One is updated to firmware version 1.5.0.
- Let Moog One warm up for at least 45 MINUTES.
- Connect two 1/4” audio cables (TS or TRS) from SUB OUTS L & R to LINE IN and MIC/LINE IN (trim pot position doesn’t matter).
- Press SHIFT + SETTINGS + POLY MORE to reveal the CALIBRATION menu item in SETTINGS.
- Navigate to SETTINGS - CALIBRATION and select VOICE CARD CALIBRATION.
- Select RUN CALIBRATION and make sure VOICES = ALL, TUNING = ON, CALIBRATIONS = 17/17.
- Press START.
- On the “START VOICE CARD CALIBRATION” screen, press RUN.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to run the calibration.
- Once the calibration has completed, power-cycle your instrument.
- View results by navigating to SETTINGS – CALIBRATION – VOICE CARD CALIBRATION – CALIBRATION DATA – VIEW RESULTS. If there is a calibration failure, the specific failed calibration can be selected with the encoder to rerun that calibration.
When a full Voice Card Calibration is performed, the Oscillator Compensation Calibration must be run afterwards, even if it was already performed beforehand. This can be done by navigating to SETTINGS - UTILITIES and select OCILLATOR COMPENSATION.
