To troubleshoot the Sub Phatty/Subsequent 25, I recommend the following steps in order:

Init Settings

  1. Engage SHIFT MODE by holding the BANK 4 button and pressing the ACTIVATE PANEL button.
  2. Press the BANK 3, BANK 4, and PRESET 2 buttons so they are all lit.
  3. Press the lowest C# key twice to confirm the selection.

Note Calibration
