Confirm Credentials
Your SoundSwitch license is associated with the email address you specified at puchase/renewal, which also serves as the account email address for your inMusic profile.
To confirm this email address, log in to your SoundSwitch Account Dashboard and open the 'Account' tab. Your email address will be shown in the module below:
After confirming this email address, log in to your inMusic Profile using the same address, since this is where your SoundSwitch license has been deposited. If this is your first time logging in to your inMusic profile, you will need to define a password. This can be completed by using the 'Forgot Password' function at the login screen, which can be accessed directly here.
Once logged in, you can view your product registrations by selecting 'My Products' from the profile dropdown menu:
Use the 'See All Your Product Registrations' link to reveal your full registry -- Use the 'View Downloads' button on your SoundSwitch license entry to access the latest installers for SoundSwitch and the Fixture Manager.
I've Logged in to my inMusic Profile, but no License is Present.. Help!
If you've logged in to your inMusic profile using the same email address as is associated with your SoundSwitch Account Dashboard, please perform the following:
Confirm Active License
No license will be present in your inMusic Profile if your SoundSwitch subscription/license is not active. You can check your license status by logging in to your SoundSwitch Account Dashboard and checking the date and status of your latest order.

If you're still not seeing your license after you've confirmed your SoundSwitch license/subscription is active, and you have logged in to your inMusic profile using the correct corresponding email address, please reach out to us at support@soundswitch.com for assistance.

I have a Pre-Existing inMusic Profile under a Different Address and Need to Merge my SoundSwitch License.. Help!
If you have a pre-existing inMusic profile under a different email address than is presently associated with your SoundSwitch license, we'll be happy to assist in merging them for you. See the steps below:
- Log in to your SoundSwitch Account Dashboard
- Navigate to the Profile tab to find your account email address
- Update your SoundSwitch Account email address to match your intended inMusic Profile email address. Please ensure this address is not mistyped, as this will cause the merge to fail.
- Reach out to us at support@soundswitch.com to request the merge and please include the following:
- Latest order number
- Confirm your old email address (the one originally associated with your SoundSwitch license)
- Confirm your intended inMusic Profile address (the email/profile to which you'd like your license to be merged)
Once merged, we'll notify you promptly -- Once notified, you may use your specified inMusic profile credentials to activate SoundSwitch 2.10.
