If your Twelve MKII is not connecting in Serato, make sure that the Twelve MKII is in Serato USB mode:


  1. Press and hold the DVS Mode button
  2. Once it begins to flash, press the DVS Mode button to cycle through the modes. 
  3. Select the “Serato USB” mode and wait 3 seconds. The button will stop flashing and the OLED display will turn off to confirm the selection.

If the MIDI monitor's input window shows data when you move the platter or a fader, then the Twelve is communicating with the computer.  This will indicate a need to review the setup:  Rane Twelve MKII | Setup and Connectivity
