Repair requests may be submitted through your account on the Moog Music website. Please make sure that you have created an account and that your instrument is registered before requesting a repair.

Once you have registered your instrument:


1. Visit MOOGMUSIC


2. Click the hamburger menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen


3. In the LOGIN / REGISTER section sign in to your account and then click "Go To Account"


4. Find the instrument that you would like to request a repair for in your registered instruments


5. Click "Return / Repair"


6. Fill out the form with your reason for repair and shipping information


7. Click "Submit Request"


You will hear back from a Moog support technician within 2-3 days.

International customers should contact the distributor in THEIR COUNTRY for repairs.
