In Ableton preferences, make sure all sync options are turned on for both Sub 37 midi ports.
In the standalone Editor, turn MIDI SYNC on. Alternatively, you can press the SYNC button on the front panel of the instrument.
I can't get Sub 37 to sync to Ableton Print
