Our free factory tours run at 10:30am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. They cover the history of Moog, the function of our instruments, and a look into how these instruments are built at our employee-owned production facility. Tours last about 45 minutes and are capped at 15 people, so please plan to make your reservation in advance of your visit. Just give us a call at (828) 239-0123 or email us at tours@moogmusic.com to save a spot (please include your name, phone number, the number of people in your party, and your preferred date/time).
Our showroom is also available to visit Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 12pm to 5pm.
We have all of our current instruments available to play and our knowledgeable staff on hand to provide guidance, info, and demos.
Both our factory and the Moog Store are located at: 160 Broadway Street in Asheville, North Carolina.
Limited visitor parking is available on site.
