This quick article details the process by which you can pause or cancel your SoundSwitch service, as well as the steps to resume service at a later date.
Pause/Cancel Service
Step 1: Log in to your SoundSwitch Account Dashboard
You can use THIS LINK to jump directly to your SoundSwitch Dashboard login page.
Step 2: Navigate to My Orders
The left-hand toolbar contains all your account preferences, settings, and payment methods. Open the 'Orders' tab to access your renewal settings.
Step 3: Toggle your renewal setting
On the right-hand of your order information, hit the 'Cancel' button (this will show if you're licensed under the free 1-month trial) or toggle switch to set your desired renewal setting.
All done! If you've disabled auto-renewal, no further action is required to pause or cancel service.
Resume Service
If you'd like to resume SoundSwitch service under your existing account, simply sign up for a new subscription under your existing account credentials.

Note: As of June 15th, 2025, SoundSwitch has migrated to our own in-house licensing service. If you are resuming service after this date, please ensure to updated to SoundSwitch 2.10, as new subscriptions can no longer activate older versions of SoundSwitch.
