This issue occurs if there is a mismatch between the email address used to download the MPC 3 Beta and the email address used to sign in on your MPC console.
For activation to succeed, the two email addresses must match perfectly.
1. On your MPC, go to Menu > Preferences > Activations, then click Log Out.
2. Log back in, but this time, take note of the email address you are using to sign in.
3. Go to this webpage and make sure that you are entering the email address which was entered in step 2.
4. On your MPC, log out, then hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds.
5. Turn the MPC on, go to Menu > Preferences > Activations tab, then click the Log In button (using the same email address entered in step 3)
6. Scroll down and find MPC 3 Beta under the Activations list. Click the ACTIVATE button, and a tick will appear as seen below.
