Which E-kits are compatible with Nitro Amp?
The Accessories and Clamps included with the Nitro Amp are compatible with the Alesis Nitro Pro & Nitro Max Kit’s mounting frame/drum module outputs. In addition, the Nitro Max clamp is compatible with the racks from our Surge, Command and Crimson Kits, allowing you to mount the Amp on those kits as well.
Are there any audio cables included?
Absolutely! We include a balanced TRS 6.35mm / ¼” Jack cable; perfect for connectivity to your modules mono line-output, L side. Please note that we recommend TRS cables whenever you connect to the speaker, as the amp accepts and most modules will send a line-level signal.
How loud does the Nitro Amp get?
The Nitro Amp has a Max SPL range of 98db; meaning its loud enough to fill a room without overwhelming it. It handles a frequency response of 120 Hz – 18 kHz.
Is the Nitro Amp Mono or Stereo?
The Nitro Amp is a Mono speaker. While it features a TRS-balanced input, this accepts only a mono signal and is not suitable for receiving a stereo signal. This leaves your other output of the drum module open should you decide to use it for connection to a house system for a gig.
Can this accept other inputs besides drums?
Yes, the Nitro Amp accepts both TRS and TS(unbalanced) inputs for monitoring many different types of sounds.
