If you are experiencing issues connecting to the Alto App on Android OS, please ensure you have made the following checks on your Android device:
Update App and OS:
Make sure both the Alto app and your Android device's operating system are up to date. Check the Google Play Store for any available updates for the Alto App and also ensure that your Android device is running the latest version of its operating system.
Check App Location Permissions:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Touch and hold Location
- Tap App location permissions
- Tap on the Alto App
- Change the Alto App's permissions to "Allowed all the time"
Once this has been done, you should now be able to use the Alto App with your Busker!
