I receive a "Maximum Registrations Reached" message when attempting to register my product. What do I do?

This message may occur if the device in question has been purchased as used and previously registered, or if you are attempting to register the product to more than one inMusic account. 


To resolve this issue, you will need to contact our support team HERE and provide us with an image of the serial number of the device, as well as a copy of your proof of purchase. This will allow us to perform the reset, enabling you to register the device with your own inMusic Profile.
