My Light Shows Only Playback on One Deck...
If your light shows are playing back on only one deck and not syncing as expected, follow these steps to resolve the issue. Please note that you don't need Serato Video running to use SoundSwitch, but you must ensure the X-F Link button is active to sync with the crossfader position in Serato.
Step 1: Open Serato Video
- Make sure Serato Video is open and running on your setup.
Step 2: Check X-Fader Link Button
- In Serato Video, check if the X-Fader Link button is active. If it's not active, follow these instructions:
- Click on the X-Fader Link button to activate it.

Also, Ensure LINK Buttons on Upfaders Are Enabled
- Confirm that both LINK buttons on the upfaders are enabled. This is important for proper synchronization.
