Registration

All included software and content downloads can be accessed via the inMusic Software Manager, once the product has been registered to your inMusic Profile.

  1. Launch your web browser and go to our website here.
  2. You will be prompted to either Create a New Account or Sign In.

    (If you are a new customer, click on Create an account or Sign In if you are a already have an account with us.)
  3. Select Register New Product in your inMusic account once you are signed in.
  4. Enter the LPK's serial number in the provided field. Be sure to enter the complete serial number as it appears on the bottom of your product, minus the (21) as this is already entered for you.  


The serial number is located on a bar code sticker on the bottom of the unit and begins with (21). Select Check Serial to confirm your device type. From here, enter your date and location of purchase to complete registration.



Accessing Your Included Software Content

Now that the steps have been completed above, you will have successfully registered your LPK controller! All of your registered products will show up under My Products. 


Scroll down on your "My Products Page" and click "View Downloads" where you will see all of your available Software Downloads, including a link to for Mac and Windows installers for the inMusic Software Manager.




After you have fully installed the Software Manager to your computer, simply open this and follow the prompts to link the manager to your inMusic Profile. This will open up a web browser and request a sign in of your account, or if you are already logged in, it will confirm that this is the account you will be linking.


Once the account is linked, follow the onscreen prompts to connect your LPK25 mk2 to your computer - this will allow the software licenses to be deposited to your account. From the 'My Hardware' tab, select the drop down option for the LPK25 mk2, where you can then begin downloading and installing each software.



After that, you are now set up to start making music inside of your DAW or favorite music production software using your LPK25 MKII!
