What DJ software is included with the NS4FX?

The NS4FX ships with Serato DJ Lite allowing DJs to start mixing with up to 4 channels right away. Since the NS4FX is fully mapped and ready for Serato DJ Pro, DJs can upgrade to a full-featured 4-channel mixing experience whenever they’d like! The NS4FX is also compatible with other leading DJ software programs like Virtual DJ and Algorridim djay Pro AI.



Can you connect a microphone or aux device to the NS4FX?

Yes! The NS4FX features two independent 1/4" microphone inputs and an RCA Aux input for line-level devices such as a phone or tablet, CD/media player, or even another DJ controller or mixer. The Aux input is shared with Mic 1.



Does the NS4FX act as a standalone mixer?

While the NS4FX has two mic inputs and an Aux input, a computer running DJ software such as Serato DJ Lite is required for audio playback from the 4 available decks.


 

How do I control decks 3 and 4?

The Layer button located to the upper left of each jog wheel will toggle between the available virtual decks. Decks 1 and 3 are controlled by the left deck. Decks 2 and 4 are controlled by the right deck. Each deck has a 3-band EQ, level control, and a HP/LP filter per channel. 



Can I use the NS4FX to live stream my DJ sets online?

Yes! This is one of the highlights of the NS4FX! The Main Outputs, the Aux input and both Mic inputs all send their audio signal to your computer for live streaming your DJ sets with ease!



What information is displayed on the jog wheels?

The center of the jog wheels feature a vibrant LED display that shows track playhead position, BPM, pitch range, and time.



Is the NS4FX bus powered?

The NS4FX includes a 12V, 2.0A DC power adapter in order to power the unit.



What are the sound card specifications?

The NS4FX features a 24-bit, 44.1kHz sound card.
