Remove MIDI Automation
1A. MPC Standalone: Go to Menu > LIST EDIT.
1B. MPC Desktop: Click on the List button in the top-left area of the grid screen.
2. You will see a list which includes the following icons...
3A. MPC Standalone: press and hold the Shift button while rotating the main dial to select all icons representing the four pads and the fader, then tap Delete.
3B. MPC Desktop: Click on the automation events and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Remove Audio Automation
1A. MPC Standalone: Enter the Grid View for your Audio Track.
1B. MPC Desktop: Click the Track View button in the top-left corner of your screen.
2A. MPC Standalone: Tap the Eraser icon, tap the Upwards Facing Arrow in the bottom-right corner of the screen, then swipe your finger across the automation data to remove it.
2B. MPC Desktop: Click the automation icon in the bottom-left corner, go to Mixer > Volume, click the Eraser tool, then hold down the left mouse button while swiping the cursor over the displayed automation data to remove it.
Note: If the automation lane isn't visible at the bottom of your screen, simply click and drag upward from the bottom edge with your left mouse button to reveal it.
